Akoonu's AI features — Oonu, Daily Advisor, Deal Review, Opportunity Insights — can run through the Agentforce API. Your admin selects the model, your org consumes Agentforce credits, and every request stays inside the Salesforce Trust Layer.

Select from models available in Agentforce — Anthropic, OpenAI, or others as Salesforce adds them. Switch models without changing anything in Akoonu.

Agentforce credits

AI usage flows through your existing Agentforce credit allocation. One billing relationship, one usage model, one procurement conversation.

Salesforce security boundary

Prompts and responses stay inside the Salesforce Trust Layer. No data leaves your org. No third-party API keys to manage.

Geographic assurance
