What is Akoonu?
Akoonu is a Salesforce-native forecasting and pipeline intelligence company. The company name is Akoonu; the platform is RevWorks. We also offer Pipeline Reviews and Quota Manager as standalone products.
What is RevWorks?
RevWorks is Akoonu's platform for forecasting and pipeline intelligence. Two packages — RevWorks Basic for the complete operational toolkit (Pipeline Reviews, Workbench, Forecasting, Scenarios, Quota Manager, Custom Data Manager, Sales Methodology, Deal Reviews) and RevWorks AI for the full platform with intelligence (everything in Basic plus Oonu, Daily Advisor, and AI capabilities across every module).
What is Pipeline Reviews?
Pipeline Reviews is a standalone product for real-time pipeline visibility inside Salesforce. It includes List Views, Flow Views, Health View, change tracking, and 10,000+ deal scale. It's also the entry point into RevWorks.
What is Oonu?
Oonu is the AI assistant built into RevWorks AI. It's conversational BI with full Salesforce context—ask plain-language questions about your pipeline and get answers grounded in your data, with citations. Customers can rename Oonu to anything they want.
What is Sales Tracker?
Sales Tracker is a free Salesforce app that gives reps and managers real-time pipeline visibility. It includes a Lightning widget and a full-page tab with hierarchy drill-down. Zero configuration — install from the AppExchange and it's ready in minutes.
Does Akoonu support sales methodologies?
Yes. Akoonu supports MEDDPICC, SPICED, and custom methodologies. Configure your methodology once and it appears as a stoplight on every deal across Pipeline Reviews, Workbench, Deal Reviews, and Oonu. With RevWorks AI, the AI suggests methodology field values based on deal activity.
How is Akoonu different from third-party platforms?
Three things: 100% native (no data sync, your data stays in Salesforce), a fraction of the cost (org-wide pricing, 60-70% less than leading platforms), and AI built on live Salesforce data instead of a synced copy.

Is Akoonu 100% native to Salesforce?
Yes. Zero data is stored outside your Salesforce org. There is no sync, no API keys, no integration to maintain. Akoonu inherits Salesforce sharing rules and field-level security automatically.
Does Akoonu sync data outside of Salesforce?
No. Never. All data stays in your Salesforce org. AI runs inside the Salesforce security boundary on live data.
What Salesforce editions are supported?
Akoonu supports Salesforce Enterprise, Unlimited, and Performance editions. It's delivered as a managed package on the Salesforce AppExchange.
How does Akoonu handle security?
Akoonu inherits Salesforce sharing rules, profiles, and field-level security automatically. Users see exactly what their Salesforce permissions allow them to see—no separate access model to manage.

How long does it take to install?
