AI Schedule

This AI Schedule supplements the Akoonu Terms of Service and applies to Customer's use of AI Features under the Akoonu-Provided AI Mode described in Section 2.5.2(c) of the Terms of Service. Capitalized terms not defined in this AI Schedule have the meanings given in the Terms of Service.
This AI Schedule is published at akoonu.com/legal/ai-schedule. Customer should refer to the version of this AI Schedule in effect on the date of the applicable Order.
1. AI Provider
In Akoonu-Provided AI Mode, Akoonu's AI provider is Anthropic, PBC ("Anthropic"). AI processing is performed using Anthropic's API services pursuant to Akoonu's commercial agreement with Anthropic.
2. Data Handling by Anthropic
Anthropic's processing of Customer Data submitted through the Services in Akoonu-Provided AI Mode is governed by Anthropic's then-current published commercial terms. Under those terms, as of the date of this AI Schedule, Anthropic does not use inputs or outputs submitted through Akoonu's commercial API account to train Anthropic's generative AI models. Customer may review Anthropic's current commercial terms at anthropic.com.
3. Sub-Processor Disclosure
For purposes of the Terms of Service, Anthropic is Akoonu's sub-processor solely with respect to Customer Data submitted to AI Features in Akoonu-Provided AI Mode. Akoonu does not engage any other sub-processors in connection with the Services.
4. API Credential Provisioning and Custody
Akoonu provisions a per-Customer API credential issued under Akoonu's account with Anthropic. The credential is delivered to Customer's Salesforce Named Credentials at provisioning and is stored solely within Customer's Salesforce Org. Akoonu does not retain or use the credential outside of provisioning and routine credential management.
5. Credential Revocation
Upon (a) termination or expiration of the Subscription Term, (b) Customer's election to switch AI Processing Modes, or (c) Customer's election to disable AI Features, Akoonu will revoke the Akoonu-provisioned API credential at Anthropic. Customer is responsible for removing the revoked credential from Customer's Salesforce Named Credentials.
6. Usage Visibility
Akoonu has visibility to per-Customer API usage metadata (such as call counts, token counts, and timing) for purposes of operating, billing, and supporting the Services. Akoonu does not have visibility, through Anthropic, to the content of AI prompts or AI Outputs. The content of AI prompts and AI Outputs is stored within Customer's Salesforce Org as described in Section 2.5.3 of the Terms of Service.
7. Data Flow
In Akoonu-Provided AI Mode, AI requests are made by the Services' code executing within Customer's Salesforce Org, authenticated by the Akoonu-provisioned API credential stored in Customer's Salesforce Named Credentials. The request originates from the Salesforce Platform and is sent directly to Anthropic's API. Anthropic's response is returned directly to Customer's Salesforce Org. Akoonu does not operate any infrastructure in the data path.
8. Changes to This Schedule
Akoonu may update this AI Schedule from time to time. Material changes — including a change in AI provider, a change in the sub-processor relationship, or a change in the no-training commitment described in Section 2 — will be communicated to Customer with at least thirty (30) days' prior notice through the Services or by email to Customer's designated administrator. The version of this AI Schedule in effect on the date of the applicable Order governs Customer's use of AI Features in Akoonu-Provided AI Mode unless the parties otherwise agree in writing.
