Manager Review
Last updated April 22, 2026
Daily Advisor is contextual to each user — a rep sees their deals, a manager sees team-level priorities, an exec sees the broader pipeline. But as a manager, you can also view the Daily Advisor as it appears for anyone on your team, making it easy to prepare for 1:1s and coaching conversations.
This article covers how to use the manager review capability.
Viewing a team member’s briefing
From your own Daily Advisor, use the user selector to switch to any subordinate in your team hierarchy. The briefing regenerates to show exactly what that person would see — their deals, their priorities, their recommended actions.
For example, if you’re a VP of sales:
- Switch to a sales manager to see their team-level priorities — overdue deals, pipeline health, team coaching opportunities.
- Switch one level further to a specific rep to see deal-level tactical actions — specific opportunities requiring attention, critical follow-ups, and daily focus items.
The briefing gets more tactical and specific as you move down the hierarchy.
Preparing for 1:1s
Review your direct report’s Daily Advisor before a coaching conversation. You’ll see the same priorities they saw that morning, which means you’re both starting from the same context. This eliminates the “what are you working on?” warmup and lets you jump straight into coaching.
Switching back
Click the user selector button again to return to your own Daily Advisor.
TIP
Check a rep’s Daily Advisor before a 1:1 to see their priorities from their perspective. It’s a faster prep than scanning dashboards, and you’ll be speaking the same language when the meeting starts.
