Tasks and Calendar
Last updated April 22, 2026
Daily Advisor doesn’t just tell you what to focus on — it gives you one-click actions to turn recommendations into real tasks and calendar events in Salesforce. No copying, no switching tabs, no manual data entry.
This article covers how to use recommended tasks and time blocks.
Recommended tasks
On the right side of the Daily Advisor, you’ll see a list of recommended tasks. These are specific actions the AI has identified as urgent, important, or at risk of falling through the cracks — based on analysis of your activities, pipeline, and deals.
Hover over any recommended task to see additional details beyond the task name.
Click a recommended task to create it as a Salesforce task with one click. The task is prepopulated with:
- Opportunity — Linked to the relevant deal
- Subject — A clear description of the action
- Comments — Context about why this task is important
The task is assigned to you by default, but you can reassign it to someone on your team before saving.
Recommended time blocks
Below the recommended tasks, Daily Advisor suggests time blocks — longer activities that are worth dedicating focused time to. Examples include critical deal intervention, pipeline review preparation, or forecast check-ins.
Click a time block to create a Salesforce calendar event. Like tasks, the event is prepopulated with context and assigned to you by default. You can adjust the timing, add details, or assign it to someone else.
TIP
Use recommended tasks for specific actions on individual deals. Use time blocks for broader activities like pipeline reviews or coaching prep that benefit from dedicated focus time.
