The AI Insights feature in Workbench analyzes the data in your current view — the periods, fields, and hierarchy — and generates insights about your forecast. It surfaces things that require attention, highlights risks, and identifies patterns you might miss scanning the numbers manually.

Generating insights

Click the AI Insights button in the toolbar (next to the Export button). Choose the scope of the analysis:

• Top level only — Analyzes just your own forecast data.
• My team — Analyzes you and your direct reports.
• Full roll-up — Analyzes the data for the full hierarchy beneath you, from your level down to every rep.

Click Generate Insights to run the analysis.

What insights include

The AI examines all the data in your view and generates a structured analysis that may include:

• Big picture — Overall forecast health for the quarter or period.
• Individual performance — Spotlight on specific reps or managers worth noting.
• Caution flags — Areas of risk or concern in the data.
• Positive trends — Things that are going well and worth celebrating.

The depth and detail of the insights depends on the scope you selected. A full roll-up analysis will surface more patterns across the team than a top-level-only analysis.

Continue the conversation with Oonu

If something in the insights catches your attention and you want to dig deeper, click the Discuss with Oonu button. This brings the full context of the view and insights into the Oonu AI chat, where you can ask follow-up questions, drill into specific deals or reps, and explore the data conversationally. Oonu has full context to your Salesforce data.
