The Gallery
Last updated April 21, 2026
The Gallery is a curated collection of response blocks saved from across your Oonu conversations. Use it to assemble key insights into a shareable format — like building a highlights reel from your best analyses.
This article covers how to save blocks to the Gallery, organize them, and use them in presentations.
Saving blocks to the Gallery
When you hover over any response block in a conversation, one of the action buttons is Save to Gallery. Click it to add that block to your collection. You can save blocks from different conversations — the Gallery assembles them in one place regardless of where they originated.
Opening the Gallery
Click the Gallery button in the top right of the chat interface to open the Gallery side panel. You’ll see all your saved blocks displayed as cards, each showing a preview of the content.
Organizing blocks
Drag and drop blocks to reorder them within the Gallery. This is useful when you’re assembling a sequence for a presentation or report — arrange the blocks in the order you want to present them.
Each block shows which conversation it came from and the date it was generated.
To remove a block, hover over it and click the delete button.
Gallery actions
Three buttons at the top of the Gallery panel:
- Slideshow — Opens all saved blocks in full-screen presentation mode. Each block is displayed as a slide with forward and back navigation. A footnote on each slide shows the source conversation and date.
- Copy all — Copies all blocks in the Gallery to your clipboard, formatted and ready to paste into an email or document.
- Download — Downloads the entire Gallery as a formatted PDF.
TIP
Build a running Gallery throughout the quarter — save key pipeline snapshots, forecast summaries, and deal analyses as you go. When QBR time comes, your presentation is already assembled.
