Editing Quotas
Last updated April 15, 2026
Quota Manager lets you edit quota values directly in the table. You can update a single cell, change multiple cells at once, or update entire rows — all without leaving the page.
Edit a single cell
Click any quota cell to select it, then click the pencil icon to enter edit mode. Type the new value and press Enter.
The cell shows the update as a pending change. From here you can:
- Revert — Discard the change and restore the original value.
- Save — Write the new value to Salesforce.
This is the fastest way to make a quick correction to one rep’s quota for one month.
Edit multiple cells at once
Hold Ctrl (or Cmd on Mac) and click multiple cells to select them. Once you have your selection, enter a value — all selected cells update to that same value.
This is useful when several reps share the same quota target for a given month or when you need to apply a uniform value across a set of cells.
Edit an entire row
Click the row selector on the left side of a rep’s row. This selects all months for that rep at once.
With the full row selected, you can:
- Update — Set every month in the row to a new value.
- Delete — Remove all quota values for that rep in one action.
Edit multiple rows
Select multiple reps by clicking their row selectors. The same update and delete actions apply across all selected rows.
This is helpful when you need to set or clear quotas for a group of reps at the same time — for example, when onboarding a new team or clearing placeholder values.
Search for a specific rep
Use the search box to find a rep by name without navigating through the hierarchy tree. Type a name and the table filters to matching users.
This saves time when you know exactly who you need to update and don’t want to drill through multiple hierarchy levels to find them.
