Working With Responses

Last updated April 21, 2026

Oonu responses can include text, tables, charts, sentiment indicators, and links to underlying Salesforce records. Each section of a response is a separate block that you can act on individually — copy it, save it, download it, or present it full-screen.

This article covers what you can do with response blocks and full responses.

Response structure

Oonu adapts its response format to match the question. A simple question gets a concise answer. A complex analytical question returns a richer response with multiple sections — narrative text, tables, charts, and actionable links.

Links in any response let you drill through to the underlying Salesforce records directly from the chat.

Block-level actions

Hover over any section of a response to reveal four action buttons:

  • Copy — Copies the block as rich text to your clipboard. Paste it into an email or document with formatting intact.
  • Save to Gallery — Saves the block to your Gallery for later reference or presentation. See The Gallery for details.
  • Download as PDF — Downloads the block as a formatted PDF file.
  • Full Screen — Expands the block into a full-screen slideshow view, useful for presenting during meetings.

Full-response actions

At the bottom of each response, you’ll find controls that apply to the entire message:

  • Expand / Collapse — Toggles the response between standard width and full-width display. Full width is helpful for reading wide tables or getting more detail in charts.
  • Thumbs up / Thumbs down — Provide feedback on the response quality.
  • Copy — Copies the full response to your clipboard.
  • Download — Downloads the full response as a PDF.

Suggested follow-up questions

Every response includes suggested follow-up questions at the bottom. These are contextual — they build on what Oonu just analyzed and guide you deeper into the data. You can click a suggestion or type your own follow-up question.
